Chowdeck Joins Y Combinator's S'22 Batch

We're excited to announce that Chowdeck has been accepted to Y Combinator’s Summer Batch 2022, joining a league of extraordinary companies like Stripe, Airbnb, Paystack, and more, who’ve been through the YC process.

This year, the batch was super selective, with roughly 1.2% of companies accepted out of 19 000; we do not take Chowdeck’s place in this cohort for granted. Over the next couple of weeks, we’ll be learning everything it takes to be better entrepreneurs and to serve our customers better. 

Running a business is both hard and rewarding

As first-time founders, my co-founders and I are learning to embrace the highs and lows of building a product and are now at a stage where it’s critical for us to get better at being entrepreneurs.

As part of the 2022 Summer cohort, we’ll be working hard over the next couple of weeks to learn everything it takes to serve you and get you your meals even faster 

We’re not perfect, but we promise to always do better

With every growth stage comes new kinds of challenges. It’ll be dishonest to not acknowledge the times we stepped on your toes by messing up your deliveries. Sincerely, we apologise. There are no excuses, and so we promise to do better.

Your constant feedback has gotten us this far, but there’s so much more to do.
